Refund Policy

How to ask for a refund

To ask for a refund, email support@taleyou.app from the address you used for your order. If you write from another address, tell us the one you used, so we can find your order. You don't need to give a reason.

You can ask within 30 days of your purchase.

How the money comes back

We refund the full amount you paid back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe, our payment provider.

We send the refund as soon as we read your email, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may then take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

If your book isn't ready

If something goes wrong and we can't finish your book after you pay, email support@taleyou.app: we'll finish the book or give you a full refund.
